ACPA-NE

In order to better serve our members and customers, the Northeast Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) divided into three independent Chapters. On January 1, 2006, the ACPA New York State Chapter and the ACPA Pennsylvania Chapter commenced operations, and the Northeast Chapter was renamed the ACPA Mid-Atlantic Chapter to more appropriately reflect the states which it now serves.

Each of our Chapters is affiliated with the ACPA at the national level and is part of the network of Chapter/State Concrete Paving Associations located throughout the United States and Canada. The ACPA and the Northeast Cement Shippers Association will serve the concrete paving needs of New England and New Jersey.

The goal of each of our Chapters continues to be to increase the use of quality concrete pavements for Highways, Streets & Local Roads, and Airports through technology transfer, education and training, research, and partnering with the contracting agencies throughout our region.
